Minale and London is a boutique property investment, restoration and management service. They bring together a network of agents, architects, and interior designers to create amazing spaces in London.
Founder Manlio Minale asked me to create a brand identity and website that would reflect the spirit of the business: professional service with a touch of magic.
To keep a sense of magic and mystery — and to not make things feel too 'branded' — I wanted to create a system that would be recognisable, without relying too heavily on the logo. I did this by designing a set of icons that represented the services offered by M&L: Find, Buy, Customise, and Grow. The icons tie directly into the visuals of the logo.
I designed and built a small responsive site to coincide with the soft launch. The aim was to introduce the business, explain the offer, and leave a little mystery (but give people a way find out more). You can view the site at minaleandlondon.com.
I rolled the identity out onto all the usual items, creating businesses cards and letterheads for every day communication.
